This article will primarily focus on the first two permissions - as they affect the confidential message of Cryptshare for Outlook.
From a technical point of view, the Exchange Server is responsible for how the e-mail is displayed to the recipient via the delegated account. The Exchange Server also evaluates whether the authorization exists at all as soon as the e-mail passes the Exchange Server. Since the confidential message never leaves the Exchange but is transferred directly from the user to the Cryptshare server via a secure connection, the appearance must be configured manually under certain circumstances.
If no settings are made, the confidential message is displayed as "Send as" as soon as it is sent via a third-party mailbox. If the confidential message is to be displayed to the recipient as "Sent on behalf of", this must be done via the user settings - the setting option to be used is called SendOnBehalfDelegationType.
