There are six views in CS4N available for administering and monitoring the application. The views are only visible for Administrators with the role [Administration] assigned in the ACL. Standard users do not see these Views.

View: Outbox

This view shows all messages that are queued for processing by CS4N. They are processed periodically when the Transfer Agent starts. If the processing has been successful, the message is removed from the CS4N application and disappears from the view.

View: E-Mail

This view shows the status documents for all messages. For each e-mail that CS4N processes, one status document is created.

View: by status

Lists all status documents sorted by status. Please be aware that the status documents may have multiple different status during processing. When the processing has completed successfully they have the status "done".

View: by sender

This view lists all status documents sorted by sender. The columns "No. attachm." and "Attachm. In MB" also show sums per user.

View: by date

This view lists all status documents sorted by date. The columns "No. attachm." and "Attachm. In MB" also show sums per user.

View: by recipient

This view shows the status documents sorted by recipients. The columns "Attachment count" and "Size" also show sums.

All documents: by Form

This view is only visible for administrators and shows all documents categorised by form name.

All documents: by Universal ID

This view is only visible for administrators and shows all documents sorted by UniversalDocID.


Status Documents

Status documents show information such as "Sender" and "Recipient" specific to that transfer.
